The AC Infinity UIS Cable, male to male, is a 3.05 m lead that runs straight from a controller port to a device port. It is a complete replacement for a device's supplied cord rather than an add-on, so the run has one cable and no joins — and it is the cable you need for anything that ships without its own cord, such as connecting devices to a splitter hub.
One cable, no joins
Every connection in a run is a place where something can work loose behind a tent or get pulled when you move a fan. A single male-to-male lead removes the join entirely: controller at one end, device at the other. For runs that get disturbed — anything reached past a tent door, or a device that gets repositioned as the plants grow — that is worth the small extra cost over an extension.
It is also the cable that makes a splitter hub work. Hubs need male-to-male leads to reach the devices hanging off them, and devices usually ship with only one cord each, so building out a hub means buying these.
What it connects

FAQ
Do I need this or the female-to-male?
Male-to-male replaces the device's cord with one longer run. Female-to-male keeps the existing cord and adds to it. Electrically the same result — the question is whether you want a join in the run.
How many do I need for a splitter hub?
One per device on the hub that does not already have a spare cord to use, plus one from the hub to the controller. Most people buying a hub find they need two or three of these, since each device ships with just the one cord.
Will it work with the Controller AI+?
Yes — UIS is the same connector across the range. It is a device-side cable, so it is not for the AI+'s sensor ports.
Is 3.05 m enough?
For most single-tent layouts, comfortably. For a longer run you can put a female-to-male extension on the end of it, or — if cabling is genuinely awkward — skip the cable and use the wireless transmitter and receiver instead.
Does the extra length affect performance?
No. It carries a control signal and low-voltage power, and three metres sits well inside what the platform is built for.
