Easy and Fair Returns - Your Satisfaction, Our Priority

Our goal at Quick Bloom Lights is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If an issue arises, our return policy is here to help.

  • Damage or Defects on Arrival: Please check your order upon arrival for any shipping damage or defects and notify us within 3 days. For defective products within 2 weeks of receipt, Quick Bloom Lights covers all issues.
  • Return Process: Email us at returns@quickbloomlights.com.au with your invoice number, date of purchase, and details of the issue. Please include pictures if possible. Remember to keep all original packaging for the return process.
  • Warranty Periods: Our products come with a 1-year warranty by default, unless specified otherwise. AC Infinity products have a 2-year warranty, and HLG products have a 1 to 3-year warranty, as detailed on the product page.
  • Defective Returns within 14 Days: If a product is defective within the first 14 days, email us. We'll assess if it can be repaired or needs replacement. Shipping costs for returning defective items within this period will be refunded.
  • Defective Returns after 14 Days: For items failing after 14 days, we will handle the shipping costs if the item is defective. We'll assess the item for repair or replacement upon return.
  • Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt if returned in new, unused condition. Additional fees and shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
  • New Product Returns: Acceptable within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition in original packaging. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
