Terms of service

Last updated: 25 September 2026. These terms apply to anyone who uses www.quickbloomlights.com.au or buys from Quick Bloom Lights (ABN 40 459 604 977). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where a clause below would do so, it applies only to the extent the law allows.

1. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You must not use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the site's security or operation, upload malicious code, or scrape, copy or resell site content without our written permission. We may refuse service or close an account that breaches these terms.

Our store runs on Shopify. Payment card details are encrypted and handled by our payment providers; we do not store them.

2. Products, prices and orders

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We work to keep descriptions, specifications, images, stock levels and prices accurate. If we find an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or limit an order, for example where stock is unavailable, an address cannot be delivered to, or an order appears to be for resale outside our wholesale program. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Products must be installed and used as the manufacturer directs, and in line with the laws where you live. Mains-powered equipment should be connected by a licensed electrician where the law requires it.

3. Shipping, returns and warranty

We ship within Australia only. Delivery options, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, change-of-mind refunds and warranty periods are set out in our Refund Policy and on our Warranty Information page. These sit alongside, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Accounts and information you give us

You agree to give us accurate, current details when you order or open an account, and to keep your login details secure. How we collect, use and protect personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and on Your Privacy Choices.

If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other material, you allow us to use, edit and publish it in connection with our business without payment. You must not send anything that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.

5. Information on the site

Guides, sizing tables, feed charts and other advice on the site are general information. They are not a substitute for the manufacturer's instructions or professional advice for your specific situation. Some pages link to third-party websites and tools; we are not responsible for their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Site content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Quick Bloom Lights or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to the consumer guarantees above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of crops, profit or data, arising from use of the site or our products. Where our liability for goods not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

We aim to keep the site available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
