Shipping, Warranty & Returns

At Quick Bloom Lights, we work hard to make sure your order for hydroponic equipment, grow tents, LED grow lights, or ventilation fans arrives quickly, safely, and discreetly.


Shipping

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all purchases over $35 within Australia, making it easy to get the hydroponic and ventilation gear you need.

Express Shipping:
Express shipping is available for $12.95 and ships the same day if ordered before noon.

Couriers:
We use Direct Freight Express and, in some cases, Australia Post / Couriers Please and Aramex. For PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, extra charges may apply.

Packaging:
All parcels are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. No product names will appear on the label. Our sender name appears only as QBL.

Authority to Leave (ATL):
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). This means couriers may leave parcels in a safe location at your address without a signature. Once the courier confirms delivery (via tracking or photo), the order is considered fulfilled and complete. Quick Bloom Lights is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to goods after delivery has been confirmed.

Dispatch Times:

  • Orders are dispatched same day or the next business day (unless otherwise stated or on pre-order).

  • You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped (check your spam folder if not received).

Delivery Times:

  • Metro areas: usually 1–2 business days.

  • Perth: 5–7 business days.

  • Regional/remote: typically 5–10 business days.

International Orders:
We currently do not ship internationally.


Warranty & Returns

We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we want you to feel confident when shopping for hydroponic equipment and ventilation systems with us.

When your order arrives:

  • Check your items for visible damage and notify us within 3 days if there’s a problem.

  • Test your product upon receipt. Quick Bloom Lights will cover any item deemed defective within the first 14 days.

How to start a return:

  • Email: returns@quickbloomlights.com.au

  • Include: invoice number, date of purchase, description of issue, and photos (Video) if possible.

  • Keep all original packaging, including shipping boxes, to assist with returns.

Warranties:

  • Standard products: 1 year (unless otherwise specified).

  • AC Infinity products: 2 years from date of purchase.

  • HLG LED grow lights: 1–3 years, as noted on product pages.

Defective returns (within 14 days):

  • If an item fails in the first 14 days, contact us.

  • We’ll cover return shipping costs, and once the item is received we’ll determine if it can be repaired or replaced.

  • Items damaged, modified, or improperly packaged may void warranty.

Defective returns (after 14 days):

  • If an item fails after 14 days, contact us.

  • If the failure is confirmed, you are not responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items in new, unused condition.

  • Additional shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

New Product Returns (Change of Mind):

  • Accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee applies.
