AC Infinity Products – 2-Year Warranty

All AC Infinity products purchased from Quick Bloom Lights come with a full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product faults under normal use conditions. Should you experience any issues, contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Horticulture Lighting Group (HLG) Products – 1 to 3-Year Warranty

HLG product warranties vary depending on the specific model:

  • Standard models: 1-year warranty

  • Premium and advanced models: Up to 3-year warranty

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Our warranty covers product faults, defects, or failures resulting from manufacturing issues.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or modifications.

  • Warranty claims must include proof of purchase from Quick Bloom Lights.

  • Quick Bloom Lights reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Quick Bloom Lights for assessment, and Quick Bloom Lights will cover return shipping of the repaired or replacement product within Australia.
