AC Infinity Commercial LED Grow Lights
A grow light is chosen by the footprint it has to cover, not by its wattage. The AC Infinity IonFrame EVO range is five bar-style LEDs, each sized to a standard tent: 280 W for a 60 × 120 cm (2 × 4 ft) tent, up to 1,000 W for 150 × 150 cm (5 × 5 ft) and beyond. All five use mostly Samsung LM301H EVO diodes rated by AC Infinity at 3.14 µmol/J, with UV, deep red and far-red mixed in, and every one ships with the Controller 77 for schedules, sunrise and sunset ramping and ten brightness levels.

Straight answer on sizing: each light is matched to the footprint in its name, and that is the size to buy for. If your tent sits between two sizes, the larger light dimmed back is a better choice than a smaller light run flat out. What none of them can do is cover a space larger than their veg rating at flowering intensity: if your tent is bigger than the flower coverage in the table, step up a model or add a second light.
UIS compatible: the Controller 77 runs the light on its own. Plug it into a UIS controller instead, such as the Controller AI+, and the light is scheduled from the AC Infinity app on the same program as your inline fan, humidifier and heater.
Questions we get asked
Which IonFrame EVO do I need for my tent?
Match the flower coverage to your tent: EVO3 for 60 × 120 cm, EVO4 for 90 × 90 cm, EVO6 for 120 × 120 cm, and EVO8 or EVO10 for 150 × 150 cm. If your tent sits between two sizes, take the larger light and use the dimmer.
EVO8 or EVO10 for a 5 × 5 tent?
Both use the same 112 × 113 cm frame. The EVO10 has 1,000 W and 3,710 diodes against the EVO8's 730 W and 2,688, so it puts more light on the same footprint (2,146 against 2,013 PPFD) and can flower up to 180 × 180 cm. Choose the EVO8 for a standard 5 × 5; choose the EVO10 when you want maximum intensity or a slightly larger space.
This collection says commercial. Are they suitable for a home tent?
Yes. Despite the collection name, they are sized to standard home tents from 60 × 120 cm upwards, and the same lights scale to a full room by daisy-chaining up to 80 of them.
Do I need to buy a controller?
No. Every IonFrame EVO ships with the Controller 77, which covers the power switch, ten brightness levels and schedules with sunrise and sunset ramping. A UIS controller is optional, for app control and shared programming with your other AC Infinity devices.
Can I run several lights together?
Yes. Up to 80 IonFrame EVO lights can be daisy-chained, 16 per controller port, using splitter dongles sold separately. Linked lights must be from the same series.
Can I use one for veg as well as flower?
Yes. Each light covers a larger area in veg than in flower, shown in the comparison table, and the ten brightness levels let you run it lower for young plants.
