Free Shipping on Orders Over AUD $35 Australia-Wide


At Quick Bloom Lights, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and discreetly. Please review the details below for our shipping terms.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35 across Australia.

  • Express Shipping is available for $12.95 and ships the same day if ordered before noon.

  • Some oversized or remote orders may attract a surcharge. PO Boxes may also incur additional charges.

Delivery Times

  • Metro areas: usually 1–2 business days.

  • Regional and remote locations: may take longer depending on your courier zone.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm are dispatched the same business day where possible.

Packaging

All orders are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging for your privacy.

Authority to Leave (ATL) & Delivery Acceptance

All deliveries are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). This means couriers may leave parcels at the delivery address without a signature if they believe it is safe to do so.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier (with tracking scan or photo evidence), the order is considered fulfilled and complete. Quick Bloom Lights is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to parcels after delivery has been confirmed.

If you cannot locate your delivery after it has been marked delivered, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, or your building manager. If still missing, you may need to lodge a theft report with your local police and contact your home or contents insurer.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking details. These will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Pick-Up Orders

If you have arranged for in-store or warehouse pick-up, the above shipping terms do not apply. Pick-up orders are considered complete once collected.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of Australia.


Returns & Warranty – Easy and Fair
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something’s wrong, we’ll sort it out quickly and fairly.

Check Your Delivery
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Returns & Support Process
To begin a return or warranty claim:

  1. Email returns@quickbloomlights.com.au

  2. Include your invoice number, purchase date, and a description of the issue

  3. Attach photos if possible

  4. Keep all original packaging until advised

Warranty Coverage

  • All products include a minimum 1-year warranty

  • AC Infinity items: 2-year warranty

  • HLG lights: 1–3 year warranty, as per the product page

Defective Items – First 14 Days
If an item arrives faulty or fails within 14 days:

  • We’ll arrange a repair or replacement

  • We cover return shipping costs

Defective Items – After 14 Days
For warranty claims after 14 days:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered if the item is deemed faulty

  • We'll assess whether repair or replacement is appropriate

Exchanges
You may exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, if:

  • Items are in new, unused condition

  • All original packaging is intact

  • Return shipping and any price differences are your responsibility

Change of Mind Returns
Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days, if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • You cover return shipping

  • A 15% restocking fee applies

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
