Every item here is new. Where there is a reason for the discount, such as a US plug or a short-dated consumable in the box, it is stated plainly on that product's page, so you know exactly what you are buying before you order. Why items end up here
Clearance stock is new, not second-hand. It lands here for ordinary reasons: the last units of a line we are not reordering, stock that ships with a US plug rather than an Australian one, or kits where a consumable in the box (such as calibration solution) has passed its use-by date while the device itself is unaffected. The discount reflects that reason, and the product page tells you what it is.
Warranty differs by product — read the product page before ordering. Warranty applies as stated on each product page. pH and EC meters carry a 6-month warranty on the meter, shorter than most AC Infinity equipment. Consumables supplied in a kit, such as calibration or storage solutions, are not covered by warranty. If anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

Are clearance items used or returned stock?
No. They are new. If a specific item were ever open-box, its product page would say so.
Do clearance items have a warranty?
Yes, as stated on each product page, and it is not the same for every product. pH and EC meters are covered for 6 months on the meter. Consumables in the box, such as calibration solutions, are not covered.
Will you get more stock?
Usually not. Clearance lines are generally the last units, so once they are gone, they are gone.
What does a US plug mean for me?
The product works on Australian mains voltage; only the plug is different. Use a certified plug adapter, or have a licensed electrician fit an Australian plug. The product page gives the details for that item.
