We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for domestic orders and 3-5 business days for Western Australian and rural orders. We have a $12.95 option for express which makes you jump the queue and ship with priority.
We charge $20 for PO Boxes and note that not all items can ship via Australia post so do reach out to us to confirm at sales@quickbloomlights.com.au.
Some rural areas may have a surcharge, if so we will reach out to you asap to let you know.
