Shipping and Delivery

Yes we do ! Any purchase above $35 will incl. free shipping in Australia.

We do generally not make exceptions so that incl. rural areas as well - however some items if bulky or heavy and pending your location can require an extra charge. This is extremely rare and if it happens we will reach out to you to work with you to get resolved.

Other than that, free shipping above $35 - Express getting you front of line pick and pack and faster service overall is only $19.95

Once an Order is placed, our team carefully pick and pack your order and get it ready for dispatch, usually within 24 hours. Once your order is with the courier company, you will reeive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

We ship quick, often same day if ordered before midday Sydney time- latest next day (unless otherwise specified).

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days, and express shipping 1-3 business days. If you are rural please add a few extra days.

Express shipping will always put you in front of the queue and assure you get shipped with priority that same day (if courier has not left), allowing for absolute fastest service.

Yes we do, however if you pick PO Box you will also need to pay for the Australia post service of $12.95. There are some items that are too large to ship by Australia Post and in this case we will contact you as a PO box will no be an option.

We use primarily Direct Freight Express.

Direct Freight usually delivers in the morning prior to 11 am, and we will ask for signature so please make sure someone is around to sign.

Alternatively, we offer Australia post as well at checkout.
We may change courier service without notice based on service and availability.

Yes we do, we have free shipping on most products to Thailand. We can also ship to other countries on a case by case basis, reach out to us at to discuss.

Yes, yes we do ! We have a warehouse in Sydney from where we ship all orders. We also use a few other warehouses around Australia so all our stock is local and not shipped from overseas. IF for some reason we do not stock it it will be very clearly stated and we will disclose transit time to you - so rest assured, items purchased on our site will ship from Australia.

Yes, always. All our packaging will show no names or be black shrink wrapped. Our name will also not show in full but rather as QBL.

Payment Information

Yes, at checkout you have the option to chose bank deposit / transfer. Doing so will complete your purchase and the system will give you our bank details. Once we have your deposit we will ship to the address you used at checkout. Contact us direct if you want a QR Code for deposit at the ATM machine - this will make a very easy transaction.

You are also welcome to come into our store and purchase your item in store.

Yes we do. At check out pick Afterpay, Zip pay, Humm and use your account to check out. We are not setting your limit so please work with the provider. We also accept all credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and most other payment forms.

We sell in AUD, but we also offer Thai Bhat however the end currency you will be charged in will be AUD.

Returns and Refunds / Warranty

Yes, if the item you purchased is unopened and in new condition we do accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at to arrange. You will be responsible for shipping to us, and also we in most cases will charge a 10% restocking fee. We currently do not offer a change of mind return or refund if item has been opened or used. Please see our policy here

We offer a 2 year warranty on all AC Infinity products and 3 years on all HLG lamps and products (exception is 5 years on Diablo lamps and 1 year warranty on HLG 100/65/200).

Other items unless stated has 1 year warranty from purchase date.
