The AC Infinity UIS 1-to-1 Transmitter & Receiver is a matched wireless pair that connects one UIS device to one controller port without a cable between them. It runs on 2.4 GHz with its own non-interchangeable ID code, works with no internet involved at all, and responds in milliseconds — so a trigger fires as fast as it would down a wire. It is the answer to the device that is in the right place but the wrong distance from your controller.

Cut the cable, keep the response
Anything that runs over the internet introduces lag and a dependency. This pair does neither: it is a direct radio link between the transmitter on your controller port and the receiver on the device, with a unique ID so nothing else can talk to it. Your network can go down, your router can be replaced, and the link keeps working, because it never involved either of them.
Practically, this is how you reach the fan in the next room, the humidifier on the other side of a doorway, or the light bar on the far wall that would otherwise need a cable run across a floor. Signal passes through walls; the useful range depends on how many pairs you are running.
Run them from a splitter hub
This is a setup we use and it is not in anyone's manual. The transmitters work from a 4-port UIS splitter hub, which gives you a very flexible way to reach several awkward devices from a single controller port. The condition is power: one of the hub's ports has to be connected by UIS cable to a powered AC Infinity device, which is what feeds the hub. With that in place, the wireless pairs work from the ports that remain.
The standard hub rule still applies — everything on that hub, cabled or wireless, follows the same single program from the controller port it hangs off. So group devices that should behave identically, and put anything needing its own settings on its own port.
Range drops as you add pairs. AC Infinity's own figures: one transmitter on a controller, up to 7.9 m (26 ft); two transmitters, up to 4.9 m (16 ft); three to eight transmitters, up to 3 m (10 ft). Plan the layout around the number you intend to end up with, not the number you are starting with.
If you are on a Controller 69: that controller takes its power through a connected device, so at least one cabled UIS connection has to remain. Everything else can go wireless. The Controller AI+ has its own power adapter and does not have this constraint.
What it connects
One pair links one device to one controller port. Controllers: Controller AI+, Controller 69 Pro+ and Controller 69 Pro. Devices: Cloudline inline fans, Cloudray clip fans, Cloudforge humidifiers, Thermoforge heaters, and the Ionbeam, Ionboard and Ionframe LED lines, among others with a UIS port. Outlet-powered gear joins the same way through a UIS Control Plug.

FAQ
How many devices does one pack cover?
One. Each pack is a matched transmitter and receiver, paired with a unique ID, and that pair carries one device on one controller port. Two wireless devices means two packs.
Can I run them from a splitter hub?
Yes, and it is a useful arrangement. The hub needs power, so one of its ports must be cabled to a powered AC Infinity device; the wireless pairs then work from the other ports. Everything on that hub shares the one program from the controller port it is connected to.
Does it need WiFi or the app?
Neither. It is a direct 2.4 GHz link between the two halves of the pair, independent of your network. Your controller's own WiFi is a separate matter and still gives you remote access and alerts.
Will it reach through a wall?
Yes, within the ranges above — and those ranges assume real conditions rather than open air. Heavy masonry, foil-lined insulation and metal ducting all cut it down, so give yourself margin. If you are close to the limit on paper, you are over it in practice.
Can I mix wired and wireless devices on one controller?
Yes, freely. Most setups do: the fans nearest the controller stay cabled and the awkward ones go wireless. On a Controller 69 Pro or Pro+ at least one cabled device must remain, because that is where the controller draws its power.
Does it slow the response down?
Not in any way you would notice — the link responds in milliseconds, which is why it suits temperature, humidity and VPD triggers rather than just scheduling.
