Get the Best Out of Your Hydrone 5
The Hydrone 5 has a real-world extraction rate of 4L/day. How you set it up makes a big difference to the result. For best performance, run in closed-loop mode with both ducts connected to your tent — this isolates the tent from surrounding air and is the most efficient setup. Match your exhaust fan speed to the dehumidifier; running an exhaust fan flat-out while the dehumidifier is on will keep pulling fresh air through the tent faster than the unit can dry it. The drier your lung room, the better the result, especially when targeting very low tent RH in summer. Note that the unit produces some warm exhaust air during operation, which is normal. You’re crazy if you don’t swap core for fade in the last 10-14 days removing all the nitrate!! The plant has no choice but to translocate nitrogen and really help in senescence. Running fade and bloom still at full ec ensures you have a super healthy plant all the way to harvest. Having a plant completely finish without any deficiencies is a beautiful thing.
