The GreenPlanet Root Builder is a root-zone inoculant containing two strains of beneficial bacteria, Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis. It's formulated to support vigorous roots and help convert fertilisers into plant-available forms, and it works at every stage in soil, coco and hydro.
A living root zone
Beneficial bacteria colonise the area around the roots, where they help break down organic and inorganic fertilisers into forms plants can absorb. A well-colonised root zone also supports better medium structure and moisture retention.
How to use it
Mix 1.25 mL per litre with your nutrient solution for standard feeding. Use 0.2 mL per litre on fresh cuttings and seedlings, and 0.5 mL per litre as a seed soak. As a foliar spray, dilute up to 5 mL per litre and spray twice weekly in weeks 2 to 4 of veg, then weekly for the next 2 to 3 weeks.

FAQ
Can I use it in hydro?
Yes, it's suitable for soil, coco and hydroponic systems.
Can I use it with Athena Cleanse?
No. Cleanse is an oxidiser and will kill the bacteria Root Builder relies on.
When should I start?
From cuttings or seedlings, at 0.2 mL per litre, then the standard rate once plants are established.
Can I mix it with another brand?
We don't recommend it. GreenPlanet's feed programs are built around its own bases and additives, so results are most predictable when you stay within the range.
