The MULTIFAN S7 is the most air in the range: two 120 mm fans on one controller, 104 CFM total at 19 dBA — double any single Multifan, and still quiet enough for a lounge room. The two fans are permanently joined by a 760 mm (2.5 ft) cord and run together off one dial, so you can set one low as an intake and one high as an exhaust and give a closed cabinet an actual airflow path rather than just stirring warm air around inside it.
Double the airflow, barely any more noise
Two 120 mm fans move 104 CFM between them and rate at 19 dBA — one decibel above the single 120 mm S3. That is the argument for a dual unit over winding a single fan up to full speed: large fans turning slowly move a lot of air quietly, and speed is what you hear.
It is the right choice when there is real heat to shift — an AV receiver that throttles under load, a full network rack, a media cabinet with three or four devices in it, or a shelf of equipment in a room that gets warm in summer.
Set it once and forget it
The in-line dial has a power switch and sits on the cord rather than on the fan, so it lands somewhere reachable instead of behind the equipment. Wind it back until the gear stays cool and the fans stop being audible; there is usually a lot of headroom between those two points.
Eight anti-vibration rubber feet per fan stop the hum transferring into whatever the fan is resting on — which is almost always the real source of noise people blame on the fan itself.

FAQ
Can I run one fan in one place and the other somewhere else?
Only within the 760 mm cord between them, and only both at once. This is the most common misunderstanding about the dual units: the two fans are permanently connected, share one controller and one power lead, and cannot be separated or run individually. For two independent positions, buy two single fans.
S7 or two separate single fans?
The S7 is simpler and cheaper than buying two singles: one power lead, one dial, one thing to set. Two separate units are better when the positions are further apart than 760 mm, when you want them at different speeds, or when you want to switch one off and leave the other running.
S7 or S5?
The S5 is the same arrangement with 80 mm fans and half the airflow — 52 CFM against 104. Take the S5 where a 120 mm fan will not physically fit; take the S7 whenever it will, because bigger fans move more air more quietly.
Is it much louder than the single-fan models?
Marginally. 19 dBA against 18 dBA for the single 120 mm S3, for double the airflow. In practice you will run it below rated speed anyway, where it is quieter again.
Will it fit my cabinet?
Each fan is 12.0 × 12.0 cm and only 2.5 cm thick, so it slides into most gaps above, below or behind equipment. Check the depth you have and, more importantly, the 760 mm reach between the two positions you have in mind.
Will it pull air through a duct or a filter?
No. At 1 mm-H₂O this is a low-pressure fan for moving air across open components, and attaching ducting or a filter collapses the airflow. If the air has to travel through something, use an inline duct fan.
Is this genuine AC Infinity stock with Australian warranty?
Yes. Quick Bloom Lights is the official Australian importer and distributor for AC Infinity. Stock is held in Sydney, orders ship domestically, and the two-year warranty is handled here rather than through an overseas seller.
