The AC Infinity Grow Room Glasses are wraparound glasses with three interchangeable colour-correcting lenses — grey, green and blue — that cancel out the colour cast of your grow light so you see your plants in their true colours. Every lens is UV400 rated polycarbonate, blocking UVA and UVB and taking the edge off high-intensity light, and the frame weighs just 35 g with a detachable padded lining for long sessions in the tent. Under a purple or amber grow light everything looks the wrong colour, which makes it hard to judge leaf colour, spot early discolouration or tell whether something is actually wrong. Each lens is tinted to neutralise one type of light, so the scene in front of you comes back to near-natural colour:

The lenses are asymmetrically shaped to the frame to avoid distortion, and they swap in and out by hand, so one pair covers whatever lighting you run — or several rooms under different lights.
UV protection
All three lenses are rated UV400+, meaning they block ultraviolet light up to 400 nm — the full UVA and UVB range. That matters if your lights include UV diodes or supplemental UV bars, and it matters outdoors in full sun. The tint also cuts overall brightness, which reduces the squinting and eye strain that comes from working close under a high-output light.
Full coverage
The wraparound frame closes off light from the sides as well as the front, and a detachable EVA foam lining seals the frame against your face to block stray light from above and below. A padded nose bridge and a lightweight frame keep them comfortable for an extended session, and an eyewear retainer strap stops them falling into the canopy when you lean in. They pack into the included protective case between uses.

Getting the best out of them: match the lens to the light you are standing under, not to the room — if you move between a white-LED tent and an HPS room, swap the lens as you go. Keep the foam lining fitted when you are working close under a light, as it blocks glare coming in around the frame. Clean the lenses with water and a soft cloth, as you would any polycarbonate lens, to avoid scratching.
FAQ
Which lens should I use?
Go by the colour of your light. A full-spectrum white LED or daylight: grey. A light that looks purple or pink (red and blue diodes): green. An amber or yellow light such as HPS, or a warm-white LED: blue. If you are unsure, try each for a few seconds — the right one is the lens that makes green leaves look green.
Do they protect my eyes from grow lights?
They block UV up to 400 nm and reduce brightness, which is what makes long sessions under a strong light comfortable. They are general-purpose protective eyewear for working in a grow room — AC Infinity do not list an impact safety rating, so they are not a substitute for rated safety glasses on jobs that need them.
Why not just use sunglasses?
Ordinary sunglasses darken the light but leave the colour cast in place, so a purple room just looks like a darker purple room. These lenses are tinted to cancel specific grow-light colours, which is what lets you judge leaf colour and spot problems accurately.
Can I wear them over prescription glasses?
They are a fitted wraparound frame designed to sit close to the face, and AC Infinity do not list them as fit-over glasses, so we can't promise they will go over a prescription frame. Compare the 190 × 160 mm frame size with your own glasses, or ask us before you buy.
How do I change the lenses?
The lenses swap by hand — no tools. Keep the two you are not using somewhere clean so they stay scratch-free.
