The AC Infinity Ducting Collar, 150 mm joins round ducting to a flat surface. One end is a pipe stub with crimped, ridged rims and a raised lip that grips flexible or rigid duct; the other is a flat brim that lies flush against a wall, ceiling, floor or tent panel and seals against it.
It is the part most people discover they need halfway through an install, because the duct has to terminate somewhere — and tape around a hole is not a termination. Galvanised steel throughout with a corrosion-resistant zinc coating, so it survives heat, damp and the odd knock.

Seal it when you fix it. The brim lies flat but it does not seal itself against a rough or textured surface. Bed it on silicone and screw it down, and you get the airtight joint the collar is designed to give you. On a sealed grow room in particular, an unsealed collar is a pressure leak.

FAQ
Does it come with screws or sealant?
No, and deliberately so — masonry, weatherboard, fibre cement, plasterboard and tent framing all want different fixings. Bed the brim on silicone or a similar sealant as you screw it down.
Will flexible ducting stay on it?
Yes. The pipe end is fluted and ridged with a raised lip so ducting grips rather than creeping off. Finish with a stainless duct clamp or foil tape — the lip resists pull-off, the clamp seals it.
Can I use it outside?
The zinc coating is corrosion resistant and it takes high temperatures, so it survives an external termination. It is a collar, not a weather cover, so put a grille vent or a shutter on the outside face to keep weather and vermin out.
Does it work on a tent panel or plywood wall?
Yes — the flat brim is designed for flat surfaces of any kind. On fabric, back it with a rigid panel so the brim has something solid to pull against, or it will distort and leak.
What size do I need?
Match the duct, not the fan. If the duct is 150 mm, this is the one. The other size we stock is the 100 mm collar.
