The Athena Pro Line Balance is a water-soluble powdered pH up for commercial fertigation. You mix it into a concentrate at the strength your water needs, then inject it to bring the fertiliser solution up to target pH. Built for injector systems like Dosatron and Netafim, it gives larger rooms precise, adjustable pH control from a dry concentrate.
Adjustable to your water
Every water source needs a different amount of pH correction. Pro Balance lets you set the concentrate strength to suit: anywhere from 0.25 to 1 lb per US gallon (roughly 40–120 g per litre). Pair that with your injection rate and you can dial in exactly how much the feed moves, rather than working around a fixed-strength liquid.
Mixing it safely
Mix Pro Balance into clean water at your chosen strength and dose as needed to raise the fertiliser solution to target pH. Calibrate your pH meter first for an accurate reading. Dissolving Pro Balance causes a thermal reaction — the solution heats up as it mixes — so allow the concentrate to fully dissolve and cool before you use it. Full instructions are in the Pro Balance SOP (PDF).

FAQ
How is this different from Blended Balance?
Blended Balance is a liquid potassium silicate for the Blended Line and mechanical dosers, and Athena doesn't recommend it for electronic systems like Netafim. Pro Balance is a dry concentrate designed for commercial fertigation, including electronic dosers.
What strength should I mix?
Start at the lower end of the range and increase only if your feed still sits below target pH. Harder correction needs a stronger concentrate or a higher injection rate — the SOP walks through both.
Why does the jug get warm?
That's normal. Dissolving Pro Balance releases heat. Let the concentrate cool fully before using it or putting a lid on it.
Can I get the 11.34 kg size?
Yes, on request. Get in touch and we'll arrange it.
