PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Select Australia Post at checkout for an additional $20 — this is required for PO Box delivery, as our other carriers don't deliver to PO Boxes. Not all items are eligible due to size or weight; email sales@quickbloomlights.com.au before ordering to confirm.
Bulky or Remote Orders
In some cases, if an item is too large, heavy, or the delivery address is remote or rural, an additional shipping charge may apply. If this occurs, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra cost or available delivery options.

All orders are packed plain and unbranded. We remove or cover any manufacturer logos, product names, or giveaways to ensure your privacy.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise specified by the customer. This allows faster delivery and avoids missed deliveries, but please ensure your drop-off location is secure.
