Product Description
A smart inline duct fan designed to quietly ventilate hydroponic grow rooms, boost heating/cooling to rooms, circulate fresh air, exhaust projects, and cool AV closets. Featuring an inline mixed-flow design, the duct fan can maintain airflow even in high static pressure applications. It is built with a PWM-controlled EC motor for quiet and energy-efficient performance. The motor box containing the fan’s impeller and blades can be detached from the mounted frame for easy cleaning and maintenance. Includes a smart controller with dynamic climate and time-based programming and can connect to multiple UIS devices. This product is a part of the UIS™ platform of grow devices and smart controllers, designed to integrate with each other to achieve your ideal environment.
Smart Controller
CONTROLLER 69 PRO features smart programming that not only has basic temperature, humidity, and VPD triggers but also allows you to set dynamic fan speeds that would respond based on their changes. Go even further by setting a minimum speed that the fan will run at constantly and would only increase when triggered. Timer, cycle, and schedule modes add custom on-demand activation for various uses. Securely connect to the AC Infinity app via WiFi to utilize automation capabilities from anywhere throughout the day. Access your fan remotely, unlock advance programs, set notifications, view historical climate charts, and export CSV data. This controller can connect to up to four UIS devices which includes products like the CLOUDLINE, CLOUDRAY, and IONFRAME Series. It can also connect to your favourite grow light and outlet device from outside the UIS platform using select adapters.
Quiet and Energy Efficient Design
Unlike common duct fans that use an AC motor which is loud and unmanageable, this duct fan features an EC motor that is controlled using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). This technology enables motors to be able to run smoothly at extremely low RPM speeds without generating additional heat or noise. In addition, the duct fan uses a mixed flow design using a stator blade and dual hydrodynamic wind circles. This gives it a high static pressure rating, enabling it to deliver airflow even in applications where air movement is restricted. The motor houses dual ball bearings rated at 67,000 hours which allows the duct fan unit to be mounted in any direction. The unit is IP44 rated to be highly resistant to dust and liquids and performs well even in harsh environments.
Applications
This quiet duct fan system is popular in a variety of applications including cooling AV equipment rooms, closets, racks, and cabinets. Due to its low noise and advanced control features, it’s also used in various air circulation and ventilation projects including hydroponic grow rooms and tents, exhausting bathrooms and attics, and other installations.
I have used this for a few weeks with ai + controller. still seems loud on level 6 or higher using with ai does not keep it constantly going which is sad as most people most ai seem to stay keep it pulling or moving new air constantly also wanted to use the spare 69 controller but it cannot be powered separately or I have not been able to work it out it has to be connected to the fan considering I have ai+ controller making the 69 controller useless and a waist of money.

You are right that the Controller 69 needs its own powersource, so if needing it in the tent, we would recommend connecting a clip fan to it as that often does not need to be on teh AI controller, this way you can use the AI and the controller 69 best of both worlds and a back up.
The AI will run it based on the optimised settings, however you can override it or suggest improvements which it will then use, so if you want it on, set the off not to zero but to say 1 or 2 and the fan will never fully turn off.
The T6 fan, on average pushes out more air than the competing fans, and thus on levels higher than 6 makes more noise as again other fans will not push as much air. However level 6 is more than enough air in most cases unless you are using this for a tent or setup larger than the 4x4 (1.2x1.2m) recommended - if you have a larger space you may want to consider a larger fan so that it can run at lesser speed.

Ahoy, so I've tried out this propagation kit. Beautiful quality, big tick there. BUT, my Seedlings have stretched out badly seeking more light, some to the extent of reaching the lid & then dying. I ended up running all 4 Ionbeam lights (on 10 brightness), which seems to have stemmed the issue (sorry). 16hrs on / 8hrs off. Don't beleive I'm overwatering - made that mistake in the past already. Heat matt on 75deg F.
I'm no expert, and I may have done something else wrong, but that's my experience so far. Any feedback on what I could be doing wrong would be welcome.
