You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for domestic orders and 3-5 business days for Western Australian and rural orders. We have a $12.95 option for express which makes you jump the queue and ship with priority.
We charge $20 for PO Boxes and note that not all items can ship via Australia post so do reach out to us to confirm at sales@quickbloomlights.com.au.
Some rural areas may have a surcharge, if so we will reach out to you asap to let you know.
